Foreign Fields
last wednesday, we got a chance to join an exhibition
Foreign Fields by Martin Lungle; a British ceramics artist, at BCIS.
Martin shown us how to use the pottery wheel.
there’re not only his works but he also brought his ceramics collection
of many artist and his books to gives us more knowledge and inspiration.
he got MA at the Royal College of Art, one of my lists : )

birthday card
i made this card for my best friend’s birthday, jan 1.
so i started to create this in dec 30’s afternoon
and planned to send it when dec 31’s evening has come.
anyway i missed the time because easy-post and post office
were close for the holiday.
at first, i mind to create a papercutting because in that time
i’d like to do some crafts like this. but i had lost my x-acto knife.
therefore i decided to do another thing.
a lot of materails ; lightsteelblue paper, palevioletred staple paper,
darkbrown paper and white mulberry paper with many thread colours.
frankly. i don’t like to knit or sew something..
but i fell in love with it and want to own a little sewing machine ! :)
